Founding Members


Chief Executive Officer - Thierry Dubois
Thierry Dubois is the Managing Director of the Federation of the Swiss Watch Industry for the Asia Pacific Region. Mr Dubois’s professional activities have been reported in publications such as Newsweek, the South China Morning Post, Ming Pao Daily and the Bangkok Post. He has been an active member and supporter of World Vision and the Hong Kong Community Chest.






Chairman - Chen Xuemin
Chen Xuemin is a Senior Partner at the Zhongzi Law Office in Beijing, serves on the Board of the International Trademark Association based in New York, and is an Advisory Board Member of Trademark World in London.






President - Frederick Mostert
Frederick Mostert is a Guest Professor at Peking University, principal author of Famous and Well-Known Marks, Past President of the International Trademark Association, Chief IP Counsel Richemont, and serves on various not-for-profit advisory boards including the Art Science Research Laboratory in New York.






Honorary Chairperson, secretary - Yvonne Chua
Yvonne Chua is a Senior Partner at Wilkinson & Grist in Hong Kong and has been named Asia’s leading business lawyer by AsiaLaw Leading Lawyers and featured in eg. “International Who’s Who of Trade Mark Lawyers”. She is involved in many international professional organisations and, on community service, being the Past President and a continuing active member of the Zonta Club of the New Territories in Hong Kong.

Advisory Board Members



Simon Murray, the former CEO of Hutchison Whampoa and Deutsche Bank in Asia, worked at Jardine Matheson in Hong Kong, served in the French Foreign Legion for five years, has his own private equity firm, GEMS, and is a Partner of Gleacher. He also serves on the board of the Li Ka Shing Foundation.





Rhonda Shearer, is the CEO of Cyberbook+, a not-for-profit foundation which promotes education on the internet. She is well-known for her contributions at Ground Zero in lower Manhattan providing the Firemen with clothing and supplies for the nine months during the clearance of the site. She has been involved with numerous charitable organisations.





Marty Wikstom, was CEO of Harrods in London and Nordstrom in the US. She has been actively involved in national and international organisations that share her interest in the commitment to improving the lives of others. Amongst those are Children’s Defence Fund, International Women’s Forum Foundation, Race for the Cure and Corporations Against Drug Abuse.




Anna Wu, formerly a legislator and an intellectual property lawyer in Hong Kong, is responsible for the strategic development of legal education for Shantou University supported by the Li Ka Shing Foundation.
Ms Wu is a member of the John F. Kennedy School of Government Women’s Leadership Board of Harvard University, a non-executive director of the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong and serves on a number of advisory boards. She is recognized for her extensive public service in the promotion of equal opportunities, consumer protection and in combating corruption in Hong Kong.




Corinna zu Sayn-Wittgenstein, MD and Founding Partner of Boss & Co Sporting in London, responsible for the launch of the World Trade Center and ‘Cercle Europe’ in Paris. She has been actively involved in charitable projects and in 1980 her family set up an educational programme and school for underprivileged children in Brazil.
